Deployment Lead

We are seeking an experienced Deployment & Release Manager with overall 10+ years of IT experience to lead and govern enterprise deployment and release activities across multiple environments. The ideal candidate will drive release planning, deployment execution, environment readiness, governance compliance, and go-live stabilization for large-scale programs.

Requirements

• Overall 10+ years of IT experience with strong exposure to Deployment and Release Management
• Proven experience managing enterprise-scale deployments and release cycles
• Strong understanding of deployment lifecycle, release governance, and environment management
• Experience coordinating release schedules, deployment sequencing, and cutover activities
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release tools
• Knowledge of rollback planning, fallback procedures, and post-deployment stabilization
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, change management, and release governance standards
• Strong risk, issue, and dependency management skills
• Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination abilities
• Experience working in Agile and fast-paced enterprise environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• ITIL or relevant Release Management certifications are an added advantage
