About us

Alton Intelligent Technology Sdn Bhd was established in July 2022 by Alton Industry Ltd Group from US. It's total investment is US$50 million. The mega factory is located at Pekan Nanas, Pontian, Johor, the land area of its industrial park is about 45.25 acres, and is expected to be completed and starts operation on August 2024 The mega factory was comprised of 6 plants, i.e motor assembly, sheet metal, plastic injection molding, die-casting, general assembly and automation intelligent warehouse. We are specailize in manufacturing of outdoor power equipment, air compressors, vacuum cleaners, industrial fans, motors, pneumatic tools, and other smart products Other than production plants and warehouse, the industrial park is accommodated of one block of 5 storey Office Tower, 2 blocks of 3 storey canteen and activity center, and 4 blocks of 5 storey hostel for workers and management staff Our workforce is expected to hit 2000 pax upon the production running in full gear in the year ahead

Qualifications & experience

• At least 3 years' experience in production and manufacturing management
• major in business administration, mechanical management or related sciences and engineering
• Familiar with the production process, 5S management and lean production management of the household appliance industry,
• Leadership skill, Lean Management
• Devoted to task, work independently, and under pressure.
• Proficiency in BM, English, speaking in Mandarin may be an added advantage.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Be an assistant for Factory Manager and responsible for the operations management in Production of Motor Assembly Plant
• Be responsible for execution of production plan, implementation of production plan in orderly based on the delivery date in order to meet the requirements of delivery date of the customers.
• Be responsible for production data collection and compilation on weekly and monthly basis, analysis of the data and report the results to the Top Management regularly.
• Be responsible for cooperation closely with Sales Department to run the production in orderly based on the orders and production plan in order to meet the requirement of delivery date of the customers.
• Be responsible for the safety of Production, organize the production activities in order, be control the production from the sources to prevent the accidents from the occurrence.
• Be responsible for the statistics of material loss and miss, the priciple of "supplement with valid reason and no supplement without valid reason" must be followed.
• Any other jobs assigned by the Superior from time to time.
