Design Architect - Start Immediately

We provide career advancement and good working experience for Part III log book and examination.

Job Requirements:

• At Least Part II Architectural registration with LAM;
• Minimum 2 years working experience on high rise Buildings as Assistant Architect (Part 1)
• Good knowledge of Concept Design, Design Development, Detailing and Construction practices;
• Good Presentation Skill and able to produce impressive Architectural Design Presentation
• Able to carry out and complete tasks on a timely basis;
• Required skills: AutoCad, Revit, Sketchup, Lumion are compulsory. Adobe PS/Indesign, MS Powerpoint etc;
• Well-versed with PAM Form of Contact;
• Posses Strong Client Relationship and Management Skills;
• A Team Player, Good Articulation and Writing Skills;
• Able to think strategically and can lead a documentation team;
• Sound knowledge of local codes and approval processes in Malaysia;
• Experience in designing high rises and commercial projects and work independently, including coordination of works with other consultants
• Malaysian Citizens only
