• To act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.
• Coordinating design development, manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings, written communications and/or digital tools to fulfil project requirements.
• Effectively communicate the project requirements to design consultants, gather stakeholder requirements, manage design changes and meet critical deadlines.
• Monitoring the Architectural/Engineering consultant team on overall design delivery.
• Manage the change control process
• Facilitate production of formal project progress and other reports
• Leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related fields
• 10 years of design management experience, ideally in data center, advanced manufacturing or semiconductor 
• A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from dealing with strategic issues at conception stage, design development, construction, testing and commissioning, through completion and post-project review.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques & construction industry technical matters
• Able to communicate & articulate well
