About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Designer (Senior / Team Lead / Manager) to lead our creative team and deliver high-impact digital experiences. This role is key in bridging creative execution with client satisfaction, ensuring digital projects are well-managed, visually compelling, and aligned with business objectives.

You will lead the team in developing CMS-based websites, crafting user-centric UI/UX designs, and creating engaging social media content. Your success will be measured by team performance, client satisfaction, and the effectiveness of our digital outputs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Project Management

• Oversee daily operations of the design and development team.

• Assign, manage, and track project timelines and deliverables.

• Run team meetings, give feedback, and foster collaboration.

• Implement workflow systems and uphold quality standards.

2. Website Development (CMS)

• Design and build responsive websites using Duda or similar CMS platforms.

• Customize templates to meet client branding and functionality needs.

• Integrate third-party tools, plugins, and ensure SEO optimization and performance.

3. UI/UX Design

• Conduct user research and develop personas.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys.

• Design clean, intuitive, mobile-responsive user interfaces.

• Perform usability testing and iterate based on feedback.

4. Social Media Graphic Design

• Create eye-catching graphics for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Design static and animated content for posts, stories, and ads.

• Maintain consistency with brand identity and current design trends.

• Develop reusable templates for ongoing content needs.

5. Client Communication

• Act as the primary contact for clients on creative and website-related projects.

• Collect and clarify project requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.

• Present concepts and deliverables professionally to clients.

6. Asset Management

• Organize and maintain a clean library of creative assets and templates for internal and external use.

Requirements

• Diploma, Degree, or Certification in Art/Design/Multimedia, Creative Media, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital design, website development, or a similar creative role.

• Willing to work on-site in Bandar Sunway.

• Strong creative flair, versatility, and attention to detail.

• Understanding of cross-cultural design considerations (preferred).

• Hands-on experience with website development and UI/UX design.

• Proficiency with CMS platforms (preferably Duda).

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

• Solid knowledge of UI/UX best practices, mobile-responsive design, and social media specs.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

• A strong design portfolio showcasing web design, UI/UX, and social media graphics is required.
