Act as a Quality Technician, driving a zero-defect mindset to prevent any non-conforming products from flowing out to customers or distribution centres. The DHR Technician will support Device History Record (DHR) reviews for every work order at SNOM and work closely with Quality Engineers (QE) to resolve any discrepancies or quality concerns. This role may require shift work to support operations.

What will you be doing?

• The role is primarily responsible for reviewing, scanning, and maintaining Device History Records (DHR), ensuring accurate and timely documentation for every work order. This includes tracking and following up on discrepancies identified during DHR reviews, updating reviewed lots daily, and performing required SAP transactions at the DHR review operation. The role holder is expected to be familiar with process flows across all value streams to ensure records are compliant and aligned with production activities.
• In close collaboration with Operations and Quality teams, the role supports product quality assurance by highlighting discrepancies, creating awareness, and driving continuous improvement. This includes assisting with customer complaint documentation, analysing trends, proposing improvement actions, and proactively identifying gaps in areas such as 5S, line clearance, product identification and segregation, preventive maintenance, calibration, and jig/fixture control to strengthen overall quality and compliance.

What will you need to be successful?

• This role operates in full compliance with HSE, Sustainability, and Energy policies, ensuring adherence to all regulatory and site safety requirements. The incumbent is responsible for preventing safety incidents, health injuries, environmental pollution, and energy wastage, while proactively reporting HSE incidents and providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement in workplace safety and environmental practices.
• The position requires a minimum Certificate or Diploma in any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant working experience. Prior experience in Device History Record (DHR) review is preferred but not mandatory, while exposure to ISO 13485 is an added advantage. The role demands strong English proficiency, with the ability to read and interpret technical documents and regulations, prepare reports and business correspondence, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
• The DHR Reviewer will spend the majority of time working on a computer to perform detailed reviews and documentation checks, requiring strong attention to detail, reasoning, and analytical skills to identify issues and draw valid conclusions. The work environment is typically quiet to moderate with minimal exposure to hazards, and travel requirements are low (less than 10%). The role also requires the ability to communicate clearly and visually inspect documentation with a high level of accuracy.
