• Address reported issues promptly, championing user interests and fostering a safer online community.
• Stay abreast of evolving client policies and guidelines to ensure accurate content moderation.
• Drive process enhancements to elevate the quality and efficiency of moderation efforts.
• Engage in continuous training and collaborative discussions to refine content moderation skills and trust and safety practices.

Qualifications:

• A degree in any tertiary education field.
• Demonstrated emotional resilience and adeptness at managing stress to effectively navigate challenging content.
• Proficient communication skills in English and Japanese/Korean languages.
• Capacity to maintain objectivity and impartiality in decision-making, aligned with client policies.
• Strong attention to detail and adeptness at analyzing information from various sources.
• Passion for internet platforms and internet culture, with a nuanced understanding of relevant markets and regions.
• Ability to thrive both independently and within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
