Working Hours: 8:30am - 6pm

Job Description:

• Crafting comprehensive marketing strategies that are aligned with our organizational objectives, with a focus on leveraging digital channels to reach our target audiences effectively.
• Utilizing market research and analysis to identify key trends and insights, enabling us to optimize our marketing efforts and stay ahead of the competition.
• Selecting and implementing innovative digital tactics to engage potential customers and drive sales, including but not limited to SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation.
• Collaborating closely with our sales manager to ensure seamless alignment between our digital marketing initiatives and sales objectives, driving synergy across departments for maximum impact.
• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of our digital marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously optimize results.
• Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, proactively seeking out opportunities for innovation and adaptation to maintain our competitive edge in the market.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred for effective communication with key stakeholders.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various digital channels and tactics.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed marketing decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to travel to outstation locations as needed to support marketing initiatives.
