Job Description
Campaign Management:
- Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, website, etc.).
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data to achieve better results.
Content Creation:
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms.
- Manage and update the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
SEO/SEM:
- Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic to the website.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms.
Email Marketing:
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated marketing workflows.
- Track and analyze email campaign performance to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor and evaluate digital marketing effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance, presenting insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with the sales team to align digital marketing strategies with business goals.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed for specialized marketing efforts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Some experience or internships in digital marketing is a plus, but not required.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
