Job Description:
- Create monthly digital marketing strategy and proposal.
- Create digital marketing strategy based on KPI (traffic, blog view, reach, impressions, leads, sales, targeted audience, demographics, geographies).
- Convert KPI into most efficient cost spending.
- Plan and Execute All Google AdWords/Facebook Ads /Instagram /Youtube/ Tiktok etc.
- Monitor All Ongoing Campaign.
- Create daily control on all ongoing digital campaign.
- Optimize Google AdWords based on traffic, leads, and sales.
- Optimize Social Media Ads based on reach, impression, engagement, traffic, leads, and sales.
- Create most effective sales copy for Google AdWords and Social Media Ads, both in Bahasa and English.
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
- Measure and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
- Identify trends and insight.
- Optimize spend and performance based on the insight.
Job Requirement
- Education requirement: Bachelor in economics, marketing, communication, information technology, computer engineer, or any related fields.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Linkedin Marketing Solution, and Tiktok Ads Manager.
- Relevant digital marketing certification is a plus (Facebook Blueprint, Google certified, etc).
- Proven SEM/ASM/SMM experience with high conversion rate
- Agency experience is preferred.
- Familiar with the financial industry, have a personal trading experience is preferrable.
- Well-organized and attention to detail.
- Good verbal & written communication skill in English
