Provide Ecommerce support for all AspialLifestyle business brands (Maxi Cash, Goldheart & Lee Hwa).The role manages the back-end Ecommerce cycle from data management,campaign management to order processing & fulfilment.

• Maintenance of Ecommerce database (pricing,description, specification, images)

• Inventorymanagement such as check to verify available inventory, topup/replenishment through uploading, removal & replacementof items that have been sold out.

• Preparecampaign launches & activations through new productimages/inventory for uploading, price changes

•Assist in Live sale preparation & after sale event/campaignsummary report

• Monitor stores arrangement foronline orders

• Order processing & infodissemination for fulfilment support

• Coach theteam for service performance

• Manage timelinesin terms of ecommerce site/product readiness in preparation forbrand activities. (Market Place campaigns and In-house websitetactical promotions/activations)

• Goodunderstanding of ecommerce process flow and customerexpectations

• Prepare and upload of images,descriptions, price and other product details for all launches inaddition to monthly activations

• Orderfulfilment support (To allocate orders to various outlets withavailable inventory to support fulfilment)

•Other backend supports roles

• Monitoring retailgold price and keep update the selling price in every platform.

• Execute activities driven by dataanalytics

• Implement preventive and correctivemeasures of disaster recovery plan.

• Track andreport business outcome of data-driven insights.

• Any other tasks as assigned.
