Digital Marketing (Content Marketing) - Growth-Minded Organization

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage in strategic content marketing initiatives for Ant International's business units.
• Manage and execute multi-channel content strategies, including but not limited to crafting, editing, and distributing content across diverse platforms
• Develop targeted content that drives follower growth, enhances engagement, and boosts customer conversion—ranging from industry insights to webinars, educational series, live events, and video productions
• Monitor and evaluate content impact, analyze performance metrics, and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Tailor content creation to resonate with various audiences across distinct channels, consistently seeking innovative and creative content approaches.
• Optimize content workflows to match team objectives and business priorities, ensuring high productivity and efficacy.
• Bring proven experience with video and text-based content creation, showcasing a grasp of the entire content lifecycle from concept development to scripting to final edits.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of two years in content or social media marketing or a related field
• Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing content strategies and social media platform management, with a passion for driving innovation.
• Exemplary teamwork ethic and accountability, with clear logic and superior communication and coordination abilities.
• Results-driven with adeptness in leveraging resources to fulfill objectives.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both verbally and in writing.
