Digital Marketing cum Content Creator (Property)

• Develop and execute content marketing strategies across various digital platforms including website, social media, blogs and email marketing.
• Create engaging and relevant content that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives such as blog posts, infographics, video and social media posts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify contents needs and develop content plans.
• Optimize content for search engines and track and analyse content performance metrics.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to ensure the brand's content remains relevant and engaging.
• Manage the brand's social media accounts and engage with the audience through comments, messages and other relevant interactions.
• Work with external vendors, such as graphic designers and photographers to create visual content.
• Maintain the brand's content calendar and ensure content is published on time and according to schedule.
• Continuously develop and refine the brand's content strategy through data-driven insights and audience feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field.
• Proven experience as a content creator, preferably in a digital or social media environment.
• Excellent writing (English/ Mandarin/ Bahasa Malaysia) editing and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with online marketing, social media platforms and trends (FB/ IG/ TikTok/ XHS/ YouTube/ LinkedIn/ Google/ WeChat/ WhatsApps).
• Knowledge of SEO and Content Marketing strategies.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Creative and innovative mind-set.
