Digital Marketing Customer Service Representative

We are a digital marketing company dedicated to providing comprehensive digital marketing solutions for our clients. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for two bilingual (Chinese and English) customer service representatives with some graphic design skills to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via WeChat and WhatsApp, answering inquiries, addressing feedback, and resolving complaints.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to increase brand exposure and user engagement.
• Track and analyse data from new media platforms and propose optimization suggestions and improvement plans.
• Create and edit simple images for social media content using tools like Photoshop, Canva, etc.
• Take over the customer account background, reply to maintenance, etc.
• Communicate with customers in time, maintain good customer relationship, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with other new media related tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic graphic design skills and the ability to use tools like Photoshop and Canva for simple image editing.
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset; experience in social media customer service is preferred.
• Team player with a high sense of responsibility, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

• 5 days a week, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Occasionally required to respond to inquiries online during weekends.
