Job Description

Manage and curate engaging content for Bomb Battle social media accounts, including popular platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and more.
Develop creative and captivating posts, stories, and videos that resonate with our target audience and drive user engagement.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms, fostering a strong and interactive online community.
Collaborate with influencers and content creators to develop partnerships and amplify our brand presence on social media.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithms, leveraging this knowledge to optimize our social media strategies and campaigns.
Analyze social media data and metrics to assess the performance of our campaigns, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
Plan and execute exciting social media contests, challenges, and interactive campaigns to boost brand awareness and user participation.
Brainstorm and implement innovative ideas to leverage user-generated content and user interactions on social media platforms.
Work closely with the design team to create visually stunning and shareable social media assets that align with our brand identity.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
A minimum of 2-3 years hands-on experience in the Digital Marketing space
Strong knowledge of popular social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and Youtuube.
Demonstrated ability to develop creative and engaging content for different digital channels.
Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to track and measure campaign performance.
Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and optimize marketing strategies.
Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
Experience in collaborating with influencers and managing partnerships on social media platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
