The role

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase our online presence and drive traffic to our website. Your role is essential in helping us achieve our business objectives and reach our target audience effectively.

You will be well-versed in digital marketing concepts, be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.  

You must have a passion for all things marketing and technology, possess great communication and analytical skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

What you will do

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager, and the Partnerships & Strategic Marketing Manager to develop and execute inclusive and effective multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a focus on digital channels.
  • Create and curate relevant social media, with a consistent cadence
  • Optimise website performance, including organic traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rates to improve user experience and drive lead generation
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on various platforms, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization to increase website rankings and drive organic traffic
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns with A/B testing, to drive effective engagement
  • Experience in optimizing marketing funnels, lead nurturing, and re-engagement of inactive contacts. Whilst proactively working with the digital team to ensure optimal database health
  • Analyse analytics and engagement metrics to measure campaign performance, preparing monthly/quarterly reports to stakeholders on digital marketing campaign performance
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support marketing activities in Asia
  • Collaborate with the design team to design and implement assets required for digital channels, marketing campaigns, social media, emails etc including writing briefs and approving content
  • Support broader offline marketing projects in go-to-market, communications and brand initiatives
  • 2+ years of proven experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in a B2B technology environment - ideally from a competitive landscape
  • Experience in optimizing marketing funnels, lead nurturing, and conversion rates
  • Proven experience in campaign management, with expertise in social media and email marketing
  • Experienced with HubSpot, and Martech (or equivalent) to plan and schedule email marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in using Google Analytics
  • Excellent English language proficiency is a must
  • Experience managing CMS platforms.
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn (organic and paid) for campaign optimisation.
  • Experienced in contributing to and drafting content such as for SEO.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret data and provide key actionable insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and a proactive approach to optimising digital channel performance.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
  • Proactive approach, with a keen interest in collaborating and working as one team.
