Digital Marketing Executive - Collaborative Environment

Job Specification

• You will be contributing to build company’s online brand presence, drive customer acquisition, website traffic, conversion & revenue through digital marketing activations.
• To develop creative social media plans and execute postings on IG, FB, TikTok including reposting, photography of store collections for fresh content, and optimizing collaborations with social influencers and KOLs

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute high engagement digital marketing activities across multiple projects and channels including website, SEO, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Email marketing (including Collaborative Ads), Instagram etc. Regular block posting and sharing digital contents.
• Work hand-in-hand with creative & design team in creation of relevant and engaging digital content (Banners, Video & Articles) for publishing onto various digital platforms based on market & business direction.
• Oversee live streaming projects, plan & collaborate with content creators, business partners marketing teams to execute seamless broadcast, managing the technical set up, monitor real time engagement and conduct post-event analysis.
• Organizing, Coordinating, and execute offline events - canopy fair and roadshows
• Analyze market trends including online marketing such as social media, offline marketing planning, data, and advertising strategies.
• Undertake assignments, ad-hoc tasks and related duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Qualifications/ Requirement

• Possess at least an Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Media/Mass Communication/Advertising/Business, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in digital marketing & advertising, with digital media industry exposure is an added plus.
• Required skill(s): Decent knowledge in digital marketing including SEO/SEM, Social Media Management, Email Marketing, Paid Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google AdWords and Google Analytic
• Technical skill(s): Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets.
• Additional skill(s): Copywriting, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Photography is an added plus
• Self-motivated, able to multitasking & keen to grow.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and must be team oriented.
