What do we need you to do (Key Responsibilities):
- Develop, execute and deliver Company’s digital/social online brand marketing and communications strategies (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube, LinkedIn & etc.).
- Design and actively manage content on the Company’s social media platforms, including images, videos and texts.
- Maintain up to date knowledge on current market trends and best practices to implement.
- Build community online, foster audience engagement and respond to feedback, inquires and comments.
- Manage Company’s website page and the e-commerce on the webpage
- Perform other duties and projects as necessary to meet company goals.
What do we need from you (Job Requirements):
- Possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in mass communications, media, marketing or any relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Possess good command of written and spoken Mandarin & English, additional language in Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
- Able to work under pressure, independent, creative, resourceful, data oriented and problem solver.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Able to understand digital marketing tools and tactics.
