Digital Marketing Executive - Hiring Fast

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Marketing Executive will support the project in planning, executing, and analyzing our Facebook advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate who is interested in a career in digital marketing & performance marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the senior marketing executive in creating and implementing Facebook advertising campaigns, including setting up targeting, ad creatives, and budget allocation.
• Conduct regular performance analysis of Facebook ads and provide recommendations to improve campaign efficiency.
• Collaborate with the project lead/ senior marketing executive to create and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad performance.
• Monitor ad spend and budget allocation to ensure campaigns are on track to meet their performance targets.
• Generate regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as CPC, CTR, and ROI.
• Support the project lead/ senior marketing executive in researching and implementing new advertising strategies to improve campaign performance.
• Cross collaborate with relevant departments in designing creatives that speaks to the customers.
• Support in managing monthly sales target

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and other digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
