Digital Marketing Executive - Hiring Now

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Executive to drive strategic marketing campaigns for our upcoming trade exhibition.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to maximize event exposure, generate excitement and attract attendees, exhibitors and stakeholders to participate in the event.

Job Responsibilities:-

1. Pre-Event Marketing Activities

• Develop and execute digital marketing plans targeting relevant audiences, commencing at least one year before each event.
• Create compelling content, including images, videos, infographics, teasers, blog posts and live-streaming sessions to promote events across various platforms.
• Coordinate monthly email newsletters to sustain audience engagement, featuring event previews, background stories and valuable tips.
• Organize enticing giveaways to drive traffic and interest in the event, collaborating with exhibitors for sponsorships and gifts.
• Forge strategic partnerships with media partners within the industry to amplify event promotion, leveraging their networks and gaining access to their audience base.

2. During the Event Marketing Activities

• Execute live video streaming to capture and showcase event highlights, including demonstrations and conferences.
• Provide real-time updates on social media platforms to spotlight exciting event moments and visitor engagement.
• Encourage attendees to utilize official event hashtags, fostering increased event visibility and engagement.

3. Post-Event Marketing Activities

• Express gratitude and appreciation to exhibitors and attendees through personalized thank-you emails.
• Curate comprehensive summary videos encapsulating event highlights and memorable moments, tagging relevant exhibitors.
• Maintain engagement post-event by continuing to send newsletters, promoting future events and nurturing ongoing connections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2 years) in digital marketing, preferably within the events/exhibitions industry.
• Proficiency in social media management, content creation, email marketing and google analytical skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and interpret campaign performance metrics.
• Excellent communications, organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and Facebook's Custom Audiences and Google Analytics is a plus.
• Candidate fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking exhibitors.
