Job Scopes and Descriptions:

• As a marketing team member, you will work closely with the team to establish and maintain all project outreach on social platforms.
• Brainstorm and develop engaging, creative, innovative content for posts and execute social media strategies to meet project objectives.
• Manage content and advertising on the organisation's social platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, XHS (小红书), TikTok, and Youtube, and ensure project consistency in all social media messages.
• Report and analyse the performance of social media campaigns and provide insights on performance metrics.
• Manage outreach with third-party influencers/ key opinion leaders and plan for online and offline marketing efforts.
• Monitor brand mentions across social media platforms and promote user-generated content.
• Support online and offline marketing efforts, engagements and activations with the team.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all customer concerns and inquiries from social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, XHS (小红书), Tik Tok, Youtube).
• Monitor and learn the latest trends on different social media platforms and do periodic sharing with the team.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing or a related field.
• Certification in Digital Marketing and related Social Media courses is a plus point.
• Experienced in at least TWO (2) years of digital marketing, content writing and social media management.
• Proficiency in running social media management on Facebook, Instagram, XHS (小红书), TikTok, Youtube, and its formats - short videos, static posting, reels, etc.
• Ad buy experience on multiple platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, XHS (小红书), TikTok.
• Proficiency in video editing skills and photo editing skills i.e Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustration, Adobe Photoshop, 剪映 etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
• Familiar with customer communication and engagement.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese Language, verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail with time-management and organisational skills, sensitive to deadlines required.
• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and design, able to provide out-of-the-box solutions.
• Strong sense of responsibility, able to think and work independently without much supervision.
• A team player who can complement the team.
