About You

Are you a digital marketing whiz with a passion for health and wellness? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love putting your ideas forward? Can you write compelling copy in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia? If so, we want to hear from you!

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.  You'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and online sales across a multilingual audience.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualizing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media (organic and paid), email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
• Develop and manage a data-driven digital marketing strategy aligned with campaign goals.
• Create engaging and informative content (written, visual, and video) that resonates with our target audience and educates them about our products, ensuring effective communication across all three languages.
• Manage and optimize our website, social media and e-commerce platforms for user experience and conversion, considering language preferences.
• Analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance, and generate reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement across languages.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, particularly those relevant to multilingual marketing.
• Collaborate with other departments (Design, Sales, Customer Service) to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all languages.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) across multiple languages.
• Proven ability to write compelling copy in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience with content creation (writing, graphic design, video editing) is a plus.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp) is a plus.
• Working knowledge of SEO and PPC advertising in a multilingual context is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for organic health and wellness products is a plus.
• A creative mind that isn't afraid to challenge the status quo and put forward new ideas!
