Digital Marketing - Immediate Start

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media and Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our presence across various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Red Book, and more. You will also be tasked with creating engaging content, coordinating video production, and executing advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Create, curate and manage all Published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.
• Coordinate video production, including shooting, editing and publishing high-quality videos.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitive insights.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and message in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media advertising campaigns.
• Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content and drive performance.
• Stayed up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in marketing, Communications or related field.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Red Book and etc. With a minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in video production and editing software (e.g; Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
