A global distributor company specialized in commercializing health products & supplements and focuses on products that emphasize innovative new technologies. They have seen exponential growth in the local market and are looking to expand on their digital marketing efforts. Thie role is an individual contributor role and will be reporting to the CMO, and COO.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Focus on overall scope delivery, quality and operational performance, budgeting and profitability, deadline adherence, reaction to industry.
Leading research, strategy, planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns – across social media, website, email marketing, analytics, paid media, SEO and SEM.
Applying an understanding of creative platforms, analytics, social listening, web crawls, paid amplification, paid data, reporting and mobile applications.
Supporting the performance marketing team with paid media oversight and the ability to react and optimize media spend according to the data.
Demonstrating an understanding of integrated communications marketing and manage integrated projects with focus on digitizing the transformation of projects through digital.
Driving an audience-first and data-driven approach to managing creative output for digital platforms, in collaboration with the creative team.
Staying up to date with industry trends, competitor activity and latest innovations.
JOB REQUIRMENTS
At least five years of relevant experience in digital marketing and/or related fields, including digital campaign management, integrated campaign management, digital media, digital consulting, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university.
Some experience developing insights from social listening. Detailed understanding of social analytics across channels with the ability to synthesize data from many sources into actionable insights.
Experience running paid media campaigns from start to finish, reacting and optimizing during campaigns, providing ongoing consultation through concise and insightful reporting.
Experience in growing and maintaining social communities and developing content on social platforms.
Experienced working within broader digital marketing ecosystem (including search, content, media buying, partnerships, demand generation, CRM, and B2B marketing) with aptitude to develop additional skills.
Familiar with best-practice integrated digital marketing communications tactics and tools
Good written and verbal communications skills.
