Digital Marketing Manager - Professional Development Opportunities

Must have 5 years & above experiences in Digital Marketing field!!!

Job Scope:

• Work closely with the Digital Marketing Team, you will have overall responsibility for all areas of digital channels management, like Facebook (Top Priority), TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Google, WeChat, etc.
• Lead and manage the social media strategy, and the social media team and work with key stakeholders across the business including brand, content, and internal marketing team.
• Work with marketing and the wider business to develop a cohesive strategy for social media and implement a clear process.
• Regularly track, analyze and report on the web and social media metrics; monitor trends in the digital space and continually explore and evaluate new online opportunities; keep the organization at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
• Manage marketing initiatives and campaigns in multiple languages
• Introduce innovation into the digital marketing campaigns and e-communications and increase their overall effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Service team on digital design.
• Responsible for social reporting and optimization.
• To work with colleagues to develop marketing collateral, including recruitment and tendering opportunities and brand(s) awareness.

Job Requirements:

• 5 years and above experiences in digital performance marketing is essential.
• Ability to adapt to new digital marketing trends, and develop new skills and knowledge from all sorts of digital marketing tools such as Facebook, TikTok, IG, Shopee, Lazada, E-Commerce, Google, and YouTube, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be detail and deadline-oriented, and take initiative.
• Strong commercial understanding, extensive brand awareness, and analytical skills.
• Creative thinker with great attention to deal and good creative judgment.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English, and Malay will be added advantages.
