As a Guru you will be accountable for:

• Supporting the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve campaign objectives and KPIs.

• Assisting in the management and optimization of paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and others.

• Contributing to the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and market insights.

• Conducting market research and analysis to understand consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and industry trends, providing insights for campaign planning.

• Assisting in the preparation of regular performance reports and analysis, identifying opportunities for campaign improvement and optimization.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, and creative departments to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with overall marketing goals.

• Staying updated with digital marketing trends and best practices, suggesting innovative ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in digital marketing, with exposure to managing and optimizing campaigns on digital advertising platforms.

• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing analytics platforms.

• Demonstrates analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to improve campaign performance.

• Shows eagerness to learn and grow in digital marketing, with a proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
