Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.

Online Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Content Marketing:
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling, relevant, and shareable content for digital channels.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage social media platforms, including content creation, community management, and performance analysis.
SEO and SEM:
- Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and bid management.
Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions.
- Monitor email performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing activities.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the management team, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Budget Management:
- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment.
- Explore cost-effective opportunities to expand the organization's digital reach.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
