Campaign Strategy and Ads Execution
Responsibilities：
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies, including defining campaign goals, target audience, and budget allocation.
- Create engaging ad creatives and continuously optimize ad performance to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conduct audience research and segmentation to refine targeting strategies and ensure ads reach the right demographics.
- Implement A/B testing for ad elements to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in managing advertising budgets and monitoring spending to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Generate reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging advertising platforms.
Requirements:
- Junior or Senior Level
- At least 1 year experience in relevant job.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Good command in Mandarin and English.
- Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
- Proven experience in developing and executing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
- Excellent communication, teamwork and time management skills.
- Training will be provided to help you develop the skills necessary to succeed in this role.
- Candidates fluent in mandarin are preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients
