Our client is seeking for an experienced and results-driven  Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO & SEM)with a strong focus on lead generation to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing clients’ marketing campaigns that promote their company's products and services, specifically aiming to generate high-quality leads. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent analytical skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Lead Generation Strategies:

  • Design and execute effective and comprehensive lead-generation campaigns with different techniques including SEO, SEM and PPC 
  • Develop targeted marketing strategies to attract and convert leads at different stages of the buyer's journey including ecommerce.

Campaign Management and Optimization

  • Create compelling, conversion-focused content landing pages to optimize SEO and SEM efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Use insights from data analysis to optimize campaigns, improve conversion rates, and achieve lead generation targets.

Content Creation and Optimization

  • Use Generative AI to help create compelling blog posts, case studies and web content.
  • Optimize content for SEO to enhance visibility and organic traffic with on-page optimization and acquiring backlinks for off-page optimization.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. 
  • Manage and optimize SEM campaigns to ensure high ROI and effective budget utilization.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other performance analyses to refine and improve marketing strategies.

Budget Management

  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and report on spending against budget.

Industry Trend Monitoring

  • Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Implement new tools and techniques to improve lead generation efforts.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (min. 3 years) in digital marketing with a strong emphasis and focus on lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing).
  • Experience in B2B and B2C marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Console, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
