Job Responsibility

• Assist customer to complete the sales from the landing page/microsite
• Cross sell customer from digital platform either via call or chat.
• Effectively communicate and promote/cross selling/upselling financial products to customers by telephone or virtual face to face.
• To build relationships and communicate with customers either over the telephone, Microsoft team and providing high standards of service by following presentation guidelines in accordance to given product factsheet and sales script
• Deliver and educate prospective customers on the benefits of the products and services.
   

Job Requirements

• You are open to learn and explore with new methods of communication and closing sales remotely.
• A good team player to work with other teammates, in order to achieve performance targets and incentives.
• Good communication skills, telephone etiquette, patience and persuasion
• Good interpersonal and selling skills
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu is required. Other dialects are a bonus.
