Responsibilities:

• Promote simple insurance plans through telemarketing to dedicated bank customers.
• To build strong customer relationship.
• To deliver professional, cost effective and quality telesales to achieve the mission and objectives of the Outbound Contact Centre.

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic and self-motivated to earn more income.
• Daring, aggressive, result oriented, willing to accept challenges and a high achiever.
• Enjoy working over the telephone.
• Strong command of Mandarin (read, write, converse) and the ability to speak other languages / dialects would be an added advantage. Preferred candidates with fluent mandarin skills as the role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
• Degree/Diploma holders. Non-graduates with related work experience will be considered.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
