Job Description

Structured Products Oversight & Lifecycle Management

• Provide oversight across both flow and non-flow structured products, ensuring robust governance, risk awareness, and commercial viability.

• Ensure all outstanding structured products are actively managed throughout their full lifecycle, including issuance, post‑trade monitoring, lifecycle events, and maturity.

• Partner with Trading, Risk, Legal, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure product structures and features remain aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Pricing & Documentation Governance

• Manage and oversee pricing requests from internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring timely, accurate, and market‑appropriate responses.

• Ensure all product-related documentation, disclosures, and approvals are prepared and maintained in accordance with applicable regulatory guidelines and internal frameworks.

• Act as an escalation point for complex or bespoke structuring and pricing queries.

Product Development & Process Improvement

• Evaluate new product ideas and structures, assessing commercial rationale, client suitability, risk implications, and regulatory considerations.

• Initiate and drive the Product Program / New Product Approval process, coordinating across relevant stakeholders from concept to launch.

• Lead process design and continuous improvement initiatives, including enhancements to existing workflows, controls, and platforms to support scalability and efficiency.

Sales Enablement & Market Engagement

• Conduct product training sessions for sales channels to enhance product knowledge, structuring capability, and client advisory effectiveness.

• Participate in joint marketing visits with business units and sales teams to support client engagement, solution pitching, and deal origination.

• Serve as a trusted product specialist and advisor to frontline teams and senior stakeholders.

Regulatory & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact with regulators and regulatory-related bodies (e.g., PIDM, central bank, securities regulator), including response to queries, product reviews, and regulatory submissions where required.

• Represent Structuring Sales in internal governance forums, audits, and regulatory examinations.

• Ensure ongoing alignment with evolving regulatory expectations and market best practices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline; advanced professional or academic qualifications are an advantage.

• 10+ years of experience in Global Markets, Structured Products, Structuring, or related capital markets roles, with demonstrated exposure to both flow and bespoke structures.

• Strong understanding of structured notes, derivatives, and investment products, including pricing mechanics and risk drivers.

• Proven experience managing regulatory interactions and working within regulated financial institutions.

• Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills at senior levels
