Overview

Cognition Learning Group is seeking an exceptional Director of AI & Innovation to shape the future of our digital learning, AI‑driven products and emerging technology solutions. This senior leadership role combines strategic vision, hands‑on innovation leadership and the opportunity to create world‑class learning experiences that transform outcomes for clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership on AI, digital innovation and product strategy, contributing to organisational growth and commercial outcomes.
  


• Lead and develop high‑performing teams across AI, digital design, UX and innovation.
  


• Drive development of user‑centred, AI‑enabled products and immersive learning experiences (VR, AR, gamification).
  


• Establish and lead the Innovation Hub, enabling idea generation, prototyping and MVP development.
  


• Translate emerging technologies into practical, ethical and scalable client solutions.
  


• Collaborate across IT, product and commercial teams to ensure strong governance and responsible AI use.
  


• Represent Cognition in senior client engagements and contribute to proposals and solution design.
  


• Oversee budgets, resource planning and risk management.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology, digital, innovation or education discipline, or equivalent senior experience.
