• Research, produce, gain agreement, implement and monitor the annual Revenue Plan / Budget, and sales administration segments. Throughout the year, update as necessary.
• Ensure that all revenue related systems are kept up-to-date with accurate information and all standards are fully complied.
• Implement and maintain selling procedures in sales department.
• Monitor, against agreed targets, the performance of key accounts in conjunction with sales, reservations, and to participate actively in the ongoing management of key accounts.
• Monitor and improve sales account productivity, and improve conversation of leads.
• Maintain effective working relationships with operations team including kitchen, banquet, front office, etc to achieve highest level of guest satisfaction.
• Maintain close contact with repeat client and establish relationship with new client. 
• Daily review of conversion / sales activities to maximize conversion and revenue. 
• Daily review of banquet guest feedback and respond.
• To ensure leads are responded within 24 hours and calls are handled accordingly. 
• Conduct weekly sales forecast and to communicate information and requirement for all forthcoming groups and events.
• Weekly and Monthly review of 3 months forecast to establish action plan to support the revenue proposal for all sections (Residential, Non-Residential, Social, Wedding and etc)
• Maintain accuracy of all reservations and other data in the event reservation system.
• Develop a holistic strategic plan to best support and drive online sales and marketing objectives and targets.
• Develop, coordinate and monitor marketing and publicity collaterals for the hotel.
• Constantly develop and maintain online / offline media to ensure a smooth flow of publicity, advertising and promotions.
• Monitor and ensure that the hotel is actively promoted via social media platforms i.e Facebook, Instagram, etc. including ensuring that all published photographs and videos on social sites are in accordance with requirements.
• Establish promotional or special packages to boost sales demand and increase conversion. 
• Annual review of meeting package, banquet menu and pricing based on market updates.
• To assess and evaluate employee’s performance through mid-year check in and year end performance review.
• Recruitment of staffs for the sales team and dispense disciplinary action as the need arises.
• Attend scheduled meetings and briefings. 
• Develop sales team individual skills and performance to the highest possible level through detailed performance reviews, coaching and training.
• Advise Hotel Manager / CEO of cooperative marketing opportunities.
• Conduct site inspections for major decision makers as necessary.
• Prepare monthly report for Sales Department.
• Conduct joint sales calls with sales team.
• Involve in negotiation of key accounts.
• Attend travel trade shows and conduct sales trips to key markets as necessary.
• Liaise and follow up with support departments to ensure that special projects assigned are carried out. 
• Ensure that all companies have a file and all correspondence has been filed accordingly, with correct and up-to-date information recorded.
• Performs any additional duties as and when assigned by members of senior management.
