Driving wholesale business growth across the region by managing and nurturing key accounts and developing new business opportunities so as to maximize sales and achieve agreed revenue targets.

About the role

  • Develop and execute sales growth strategies across regions and product segments in alignment with business unit goals.
  • Manage and nurture key accounts while exploring new business opportunities to meet revenue targets.
  • Lead market analysis, identifying product opportunities, and executing strategies to enhance product positioning.
  • Oversee end-to-end sales processes and manage strategic accounts, leveraging marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Formulate and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and develop strategic agreements to foster business development in the marketplace.
  • Ensure top-line growth and profitability by managing existing key accounts and developing retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with category function to develop accurate go-to-market plans and seasonal assortments.
  • Maintain high-quality customer experience through exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and analysis to optimize sales performance and identify market gaps.
  • Conduct business reviews with customers, meeting reporting deadlines consistently.
  • Train and support sales team in leveraging market knowledge to maximize product placement and sales.

About the requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred, showcasing a strong foundation in strategic management and market dynamics
  • Possess a minimum of 10 years of demonstrable experience in brand management, emphasizing a track record of driving sales growth and market expansion in dynamic environments.
  • Exhibit exceptional critical thinking abilities, adept at analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of business operations and market dynamics, reflecting a keen business acumen to make strategic decisions that drive revenue and profitability.
  • Showcase a customer-centric approach, prioritizing customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships to foster brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
