Handling Complaints and Disputes:-Track and address customer complaints, such as damaged, lost, or delayed deliveries.-Investigate disputes, collect relevant information to understand the details of the incidents.Determining Liability:-Analyze courier tracking and delivery data to determine liability, especially in cases of parcel loss or damage.-Determine if there are breaches of transportation agreements or insurance policies.Recording and Reporting:-Maintain records of all arbitration activities, including communication details, solutions, and outcomes of complaint resolutions.-Provide regular reports summarizing complaint trends and the effectiveness of solutions.Strong Understanding of Policies and Procedures:-Understand the company's policies and procedures, ensuring proper adherence during the arbitration process.Coordination with Internal Teams:-Collaborate with internal teams such as customer service, transportation, and warehouse departments to ensure issues are handled appropriately. -Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Logistic/Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent.-Required skill (s): MS. Word, Excel. -Fluency in Mandarin is preferred for candidates as the role involves interactions with Mandarin-speaking clients-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.-A team player who is dynamic with mature personality, independent and able to work under pressure. -Applicants must be willing to work in KL Eco City.
