Oversees the key aspects of brand & people management of the division:
• Together with Principals, develop yearly trade marketing plans with specific objectives across trade channels. Align on annual sales targets and A&P budgets, perform quarterly review and revision.
• Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns to ensure alignment of communications and messaging across all channels. Work with external creative team – develop and set creative direction (as aligned with Principals) for all advertising, point-of-sales materials and planogram guide.
• Lead the execution of marketing programs, leveraging on internal support and driving collaboration to optimize off-take.
• Conduct analytics reporting and market audit across multiple platforms to extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies based on customers insights, consumers’ preference, competitors’ activities, best practices and the changing market trends.
• Identify the effectiveness and impact of marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis to optimize brand and sales results.
• Present ideas and final deliverables to principals and sales team.
• Conduct regular sessions with key stakeholders to review and improve business performance.
• On daily basis, work collaboratively with sales, operations, finance and branches on matters relating to inventory planning, promotion activation, trade budgeting and promotion review.
