IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Our headquarters (currently in Shah Alam, Selangor) will be relocated to Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan tentatively in 2025.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Update all project VDML.
2. Manage incoming and outgoing project documentation.
3. Expedite submission and follow up returned documents from client.
4. Project As-Built preparation and submission.
5. Attending meeting with client’s Document Controller as when required.
6. Update and keep latest Project staff resume.
7. Initiative in Work Process Improvement.
8. Improvement in skills and competencies.
9. Execute the Company’s best policies and business as directed and other duties assigned by the Superior.
Academic Qualifications, Experience and Skills
• Diploma or degree in Document Management or Record Management
• 1-2 years’ experience in project administration duties.
• Computer literate and good communication skills.
