Job Description
- To summarize the daily, weekly, monthly and yearly IQC, IPQC and final QC report.
- To assist QMR for implement and maintain the document control and record control procedures.
- To ensure identification, storage, traceability and safeguard of documents and records at the documentation room.
- To ensure relevant versions of applicable documents are available at points of use and also to prevent the unintended use of obsolete documents at workstation.
- To ensure that documents are remain legible and readily for identifiable.
- To ensure documents are identified and their distribution controlled.
- To ensure proper housekeeping at documentation control room.
- To comply with the requirement of the documented quality management system.
- To perform other task as instructed by superior.
Job Requirement
- Possess a minimum SPM certificate or diploma in relevant fields.
- Computer skills required: Ms Excel, Ms Word, PowerPoint, Open Office.
- Possess good behavior, sense of responsible, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Willing to work at Jalan Kapar and Port Klang (North) Selangor.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as on-job training will be provided.
