Document & Processing Officer

We are a license employment agency and as part of our business expansion, we are looking for dynamic individual to join our team as Document and Processing Officer. 

What do we need you to do?

• Supporting our sales and operation team to process our client’s AP/Permit/other applications according to stipulated time frame.
• Liaising with clients to obtain documents and materials in support of their applications.
• Accurately process and complete application documents.
• Providing administrative and clerical support to our operation team.
• Filing and record of documents, liaise with government agency JTK/JIM/embassy on documentation related matters or others as needed.

What do we need from you?

• Bachelor degree or equivalent with 1 year working experience in documentation and admin works.
• Computer Literate and proficient in Word, Excel, PDF & Photoshop.
• Strong attention to details is important.
• Able to work under pressure, committed and meet a tight deadline.
• Must be self-organized and able to prioritize tasks allocated to you.
• Above all, you MUST have excellent working attitude, self-motivated with initiatives and responsibility and a good team player.
