Dormitory Supervisor

Job Description

1.    To attend on resident emergency.

a.    Immediate assistance for trainees in case of injury, sickness and any medical condition that required attention.

b.    Send resident to clinic or hospital in case of emergency.(If required)

2.    To ensure good condition of dormitory including safe and secure dormitory environment.

a.    Necessary response on security and safety issue including but not limited to power failure, natural disaster, thief, intruder and resident breaking the rule.

b.    Monitor resident in and out record at the security post. Provide and collect the record for safe keeping at the end of the week.

3.    To prepare report of incident and irregularities for management review.

a.    Report any incident that happen in the dormitory promptly to manager and person in-charge. Handover information to fellow dormitory supervisor during end of shift and make sure all information are shared.

4.    To ensure basic building maintenance are carid out.

a.    Attend maintenance complain and rectification.

b.    Carry out building inspection for any, electronic fixture failure, building defect, plumbing defect and etc.

5.    To ensure resident meal arrive on time and in correct amount.

a.    Ensure resident follow the rule and procedure during and after their meal.

6.     To perform any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required

7.    Special Assignments/ Task designated by Management Director and General Manager  

Requirements:

·      Good physical and mental conditions for night shift

·      Possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma or other related field.

·      Must understand English and able to communicate efficiently (Foreign Resident)

·      Basic knowledge in building maintenance (Wiring, plumbing and Etc) as advantage

·      Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Possessing a sociable, dynamic, inspiring, energetic, patient and loving personality.

·      Independent and able to work under minimum supervision.

·      Self-motivated, positive attitude, able to work independently

·      Experience is given priority
