Drafter (2D/3D AutoCAD/SolidWork) - Based in Senai, Johor - Urgent Hiring

Industry: Metal Fabrication & Manufacturing

Working Location: Senai, Johor

Responsibilities:

• Identify and design any special fabricated parts required using 2D/3D-AutoCAD modeling systems, insuring that Manufacturing  information are completed and the material is routed accordingly to the appropriate assembly team.
• Coordinate with project team for details based on required standard.
• Assist in calculating of dimensions, weight limitations and requirements in materials.
• Assist in drawing and editing structural items as per required standard.
• Create detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) software/hand sketches.
• Prepare and review rough sketches and review them along with the project team.
• Perform field work if needed, to measure and sketch existing or proposed sites.
• Liaise with project manager/engineers to gather product and structural requirements and designs.
• Identify potential operational issues and redesign products to improve functionality.
• Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards.
• Ensure all drawings are checked and approved Project Manager.
• Keep track the progression of items and update to Project Admin.

Requirements:

• Possesses Certificate or Diploma in related course.
• Possesses min 2 years of working experience in related field.
• Required to write and write in Mandarin, English to liaise with mandarin stakeholder and client.
• Must have skill and knowledge in 2D/3D AutoCAD
