Drafter / Draftsperson / Draughtsman (Civil & Structural) - Urgent

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min Diploma Civil Engineering.
• Min. 4 yrs working experience as C&S Draftsperson at C&S Consultancy Firm.
• Skilled in using AutoCAD / GstarCAD
• Familiar with REVIT and/or Civil 3D would be an advantage.
• Experienced & able tp draft Structure and Infra drawings.
• Able to communicate in BM and English.
• Must be hardworking, discipline and have positive working attitude.
• Self-Initiative to improve and update technical skills.
• Able to work beyond regular hours to meet deadlines when needed.
• Must have own transport.
• Remuneration shall commensurate with experience and knowledge.

Note: Only Candidates with relevant years of working experience, knowledge and qualification will be considered for the position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate Concept, Tender, Construction, As-Built engineering drawings.

- Structural Works (RC Structures, Steel Structures, Foundation Works)

- Civil Works (Earthwork, Sewer, Road, Drainage & Water)

• Ensure drawings and records are updated, controlled and in placed throughout duration of construction project.
• Assist in submission to Authority / Client / Others.
• Coordinate and work closely with Engineers and other draftspersons.
• Provide guidance and instruction to less experienced staff members.
• Report regularly to Superiors & Principal on status of tasks given.
• Assist in the general day-to-day operational activities and perform other duties as requested or assigned.
