Drone Pilots

• To conduct and operate the assigning UAV flights (various types – multirotor, fixed wing, VTOL etc based on the industries assigned) based on projects allocated by Head of Operations.
• Responsible for day to day Aerial Operations and Services related matters, work closely with site-operations team – coordinating ground and flight operations effort including the mission planning based on all statutory requirement, safety & health regulations, industrial standards and certifications.
• Accountable to ensure the assigned company’s UAV are been maintained and handled with care and perform the scheduled service and maintenance on the respective UAV.
• To assist Head of Operation to manage the technical services of assigned UAV for smooth operations and cost-effective solutions.
• To prepare the administrative arrangement prior the UAV flight operations.
• Responsible in ensuring customer retention & variation order via effective operations support.
• Responsible to submit & present monthly operations report, analysis & other necessary reports to the management & customer.
• Reports directly to Head of Operation – UAV / Drone Services.
• To coordinate with Headquarters in all operations related matters for all sites under the care.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Aviation/Engineering/Surveying Management (any field) with Industry recognized Certifications and/or training would be a highly regarded.
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in UAV/Aerial Technical Services with familiarize in related industries.
• Intermediate skills in MS Office, preparing reports, presentation slides & business improvement plan/processes.
• Familiar with the UAV/Aerial Software for the related industries and projects.
• Be able to demonstrate experience of working in a technical UAV team.
• Must have good mechanical aptitude, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and be able to meet rigid deadlines. Ability to adapt to different working environments is essential.
• Be able to read and interpret Scope of Work (SOW) objectives.
• Must possess good leadership, verbal and written communication skills, have experience with and be comfortable using common computer business applications.
• Good driving record and can pass a background check.
• Take full ownership of project deployments, events, activities, workshops, community talks.
• Source, allocate and manage necessary resources.
• Build and maintain a reliable supply chain & logistic process.
• Continuously experiment and explore new ideas to streamline processes.
