Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Document Review Manager with strong hands-on expertise in managed document review, eDiscovery workflows, and review operations within the RelativityOne / Relativity Server ecosystem.

The role requires a technically strong and operationally mature professional capable of managing large-scale, complex review engagements across investigations, disputes, regulatory matters, data breach responses, and litigation matters.

The ideal candidate must possess strong understanding of the EDRM lifecycle, review management methodologies, AI-enabled review workflows within Relativity, privilege and confidentiality review processes, redaction workflows, and defensible review strategies. The candidate should also be capable of managing multilingual and cross-border review teams in a fast-paced client-facing environment.

Engagement & Review Management

• Lead end-to-end document review engagements across litigation, investigations, arbitration, regulatory response, competition matters, and internal investigations.


• Manage multiple concurrent review projects involving large datasets, complex review protocols, and tight timelines.


• Develop and implement review workflows, QC strategies, escalation protocols, and defensible review methodologies.


• Coordinate with legal teams, external counsel, forensic teams, and project managers to ensure smooth execution of review engagements.


• Prepare review estimates, staffing plans, productivity models, and review timelines.


• Monitor reviewer productivity, quality metrics, turnaround times, and review consistency.


• Manage multilingual review workflows including English and regional language reviews where applicable.


• Conduct review team training sessions and calibration exercises. 

Relativity & Technical Review Expertise

• Hands-on experience working within RelativityOne and/or Relativity Server.


• Strong understanding of:




• Search term development and validation


• dtSearch workflows


• Near duplicate identification


• Batch management


• Review queue management


• Saved searches and view creation


• Layout design


• Review field configuration

Privilege, Redaction & Quality Control

• Manage privilege review workflows and preparation of privilege logs.


• Strong understanding of:




• Attorney-client privilege


• Work product privilege


• Common interest privilege


• Confidentiality classifications


• PII handling requirements




• Manage complex redaction workflows


• Design and execute QC methodologies for:




• Responsiveness


• Privilege


• Redactions


• Confidentiality


• Production readiness




• Conduct sampling analysis and error tracking.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients and external counsel during active reviews.


• Participate in client calls, review protocol discussions, and status reporting.


• Prepare review status reports, dashboards, risk summaries, and escalation notes.


• Support business development initiatives, demos, and capability discussions where required.

Requirements

  Mandatory Experience

  
  
  
  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  
  
  • 8–10+ years of experience in eDiscovery and managed document review.
  
  
  • Strong hands-on experience with RelativityOne.
  
  
  • Experience managing reviews involving at least one of the below:

  • Litigation
  
  
  • Regulatory matters
  
  
  • Data breaches
  
  
  
  
  • Strong understanding of the EDRM lifecycle.
  
  
  
  

Preferred Certifications

• Relativity Review Management Specialist (RRMS) preferred


• Any AI, analytics, or forensic certifications would be an added advantage.
