EAM Engineer /Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented EAM Engineer/Consultant to manage and support the organization’s asset management system, maintenance planning, and operational efficiency. The candidate will ensure proper tracking, maintenance, and optimization of company assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.

• Monitor asset lifecycle, maintenance schedules, and equipment performance.

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Prepare maintenance reports, asset records, and performance analysis.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

• Support system upgrades, troubleshooting, and user training.

• Work closely with engineering, operations, and procurement teams.

• Maintain accurate documentation of assets and maintenance history.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Information Technology, or related field.

2. Experience with EAM software such as SAP EAM, IBM Maximo, or similar systems.

3. Basic knowledge of IT systems and databases. Familiarity with SQL for database querying and Python for basic scripting or automation.

4. Understanding of data handling and reporting is an advantage.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Good communication and teamwork abilities.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.

8. Minimum 3-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
