(1) Learning Partner
Partner closely with leaders and HR to identify, define, and execute learning priorities for their Cluster.
Assess skill and competency gaps across their Cluster, and define targeted learning programs and initiatives to address them.
Serve as the primary point of contact for learning topics, programs, and strategic initiatives within their Cluster.
Identify and integrate external learning best practices and emerging trends, such as digital tools, AI, e-learning, and modern learning platforms.
Provide strategic advice and guidance to leaders, HR, and users on learning needs and solutions to address these.
(2) Learning Culture & Quality
Embed a strong learning culture within their Cluster through campaigns and touchpoints with the business and users.
Promote learning programs through different communication channels and partnerships with leaders, HR, and the business.
Analyze learning feedback surveys systematically to identify and implement continuous program quality improvements.
Coach and upskill internal facilitators to ensure high-quality program delivery.
Lead regional learning initiatives and campaigns, including communications, webinars, and local promotions.
(3) End to End Program Owner
Collaborate as one HR team (including with Learning GBS and Air Liquide University (ALU)) to fulfill learning requests captured during the Self-Enrollment campaign.
Define annual learning program priorities for their Cluster in close coordination with business leaders, HR, and ALU.
Coordinate with ALU on the implementation and rollout of new learning programs within their Cluster.
Lead and execute local learning initiatives or custom programs that fall outside the scope of the global learning catalog.
Build strong relationships, trust, credibility, and influence with internal stakeholders including leaders, employees and HR.
Business-partnering mindset, with the ability to coach and advise stakeholders at all levels.
Strong communicator and ability to train and facilitate learning programs.
Organized, proactive, and assertive.
Strong passion for continuous learning and professional development.
Digitally savvy, strong adoption of AI, and embraces modern approaches / new ways of learning.
Data-driven and ability to use analytics to measure and inform strategies and programs.
Market and promote learning offerings effectively across different channels to drive engagement and program visibility.
Experience working within a fast-paced, multinational corporation (MNC).
