East Malaysia Sales Manager

• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies tailored to the East Malaysia market, with a strong focus on Sabah, Kota Kinabalu.
• Manage and guide the East Malaysia sales team, ensuring sales targets are met.
• Analyze market trends and data specific to East Malaysia, particularly Sabah, to establish effective sales plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in Sabah.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve significant improvements within 3 months.
• Provide market feedback to assist in product development and optimization.

Job Requirements:

• Experience : At least 5 years of tobacco industry sales experience, with a strong understanding of the Sabah, Kota Kinabalu market.
• Leadership : Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. Proven experience in leading and motivating a sales team towards achieving set objectives.
• Strategy : Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. A track record of creating successful sales strategies and delivering on sales targets.
• Communication : Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable in presenting and negotiating at all levels.
• Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrable ability to analyze complex sales data and make data-driven decisions.
• Adaptability : High adaptability and learning capacity, able to adapt to a constantly changing market environment.
• Customer Service : Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. Proven experience in managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities.
• Organization : Highly organized with excellent time management skills. Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
