We've been supplying various businesses in the UK with furniture products. We've also had a B2B eCommerce team who's working on a large volume of business with various sub-brands.

You will be part of a hard-working, friendly team involved in commerce on Amazon, eBay, Fruugo, OnBuy and many other e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• To handle daily operations such as order fulfillment and customer service for 2 platforms.
• Develop e-commerce platforms for Amazon, eBay including listing new products, cleaning/touching up listings, enhancing listings and removing listings as needed.
• To ensure proper record keeping of replacement parts, stock consumption, & factory defects.
• To ensure daily updates of inventory to the e-commerce platform.
• To assist with data clean-up as needed.
• Provide reports on sales results.

Requirements

• Good command of written and oral English, will interact directly with the customers.
• General computer literacy.
• Proficient use of MS tools e.g. Excel, Word.
• Proficient use of cloud solutions e.g. Google suite, Dropbox.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
• Reading/speaking literacy in Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience using order management system (OMS).
• Experience using a courier parcel booking system for order fulfillment.
• Excellent time management.
