👉E-Commerce Strategy:Â
Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall e-commerce experience.
👉Website Management:Â
Oversee the day-to-day operation of our e-commerce website, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and content updates.
👉Digital Marketing:Â
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO).
👉Sales Analysis:Â
Monitor key performance metrics and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Generate regular reports to track progress against goals.
👉Customer Experience:Â
Ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience for customers, including website navigation, checkout process, and customer support.
